Research. Build.
Improve.
Link with iQ is an independent research and development organization. We research ideas, develop useful technologies, and create practical solutions to real-world problems — aiming to make technology more useful, private, accessible, simple, open, and beneficial to people.
Technology should have a purpose
We don't believe technology should be created simply because something is technically possible. Technology should not exist only for complexity, profit, or convenience for a small number of people. Good technology should solve meaningful problems, respect people and their privacy, and be accessible to as many people as possible.
Practical technology, built responsibly
To research, develop, and share practical technology that solves real-world problems while prioritizing privacy, accessibility, simplicity, openness, and human benefit. We aim to turn ideas and research into useful tools, software, products, and resources that can make people's lives easier and technology better.
Research, software, and technology development
Our work spans research, experimentation, software development, and technology development.
Research & Development
Investigating technologies, ideas, and methods that can address real-world problems.
Software & Tools
Creating applications, utilities, platforms, libraries, and developer tools.
Privacy Technology
Exploring ways to protect personal information and give users greater control over their digital lives.
Security
Developing and researching technologies that can make digital systems safer.
Open Source
Releasing as much of our work as reasonably possible for others to study, use, modify, and improve.
Accessibility
Making technology easier to understand and available to people with different levels of technical knowledge.
Automation
Building tools that reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.
Experimental Technology
Exploring new concepts, prototypes, and emerging technologies.
Knowledge Sharing
Publishing documentation, research, technical information, and educational resources.
What we don't compromise on
Privacy First
We aim to minimize unnecessary data collection, reduce unnecessary tracking, and give users meaningful control over their information. Whenever technically practical, we prefer approaches that allow data to remain under the user's control. Privacy should be considered during the design of a technology, not added after it is finished.
Open by Default
Technology and knowledge become more valuable when people can inspect, understand, learn from, and improve them. Our goal is: open as much as responsibly possible. Some projects may remain partially or completely closed when security, privacy, legal, safety, or third-party licensing considerations require it.
Free & Accessible
We want useful technology available to as many people as possible. Where practical, we aim to provide tools and resources free of charge — particularly for students, developers, researchers, communities, and people who may not have access to expensive technology.
Simplicity
Technology should not be unnecessarily complicated. We aim to remove unnecessary complexity and create tools that are understandable and practical. A powerful tool should still be easy to use.
Real-World Impact
We focus on problems rather than technology for its own sake: Problem → Research → Experiment → Prototype → Build → Improve. A project doesn't need to be revolutionary to be valuable — solving a small problem effectively can make a meaningful difference.
Continuous Improvement
Technology is constantly changing. We experiment, test, learn from failures, improve our designs, and keep developing. A failed experiment can still produce valuable knowledge.
Areas of interest
These may change as new technologies and real-world problems emerge.
Open, and responsibly so
Where appropriate, we aim to publish source code, libraries, tools, documentation, research, technical explanations, experiments, specifications, and educational resources. We encourage developers, researchers, students, and communities to learn from our work and, where the applicable license permits, contribute to or build upon it.
However, openness must also be responsible. Projects involving sensitive security research, privacy risks, third-party restrictions, or other legitimate concerns may require limitations on what can be publicly released.
Seven things every project aims for
We believe technology should serve people. Our projects aim to be:
Useful
Solve genuine problems.
Private
Respect users and minimize unnecessary data collection.
Accessible
Usable by people with different technical abilities.
Simple
Avoid unnecessary complexity.
Reliable
Designed with stability and security in mind.
Affordable
Reduce unnecessary barriers to access.
Open
Share knowledge and source code whenever practical.
Founder
Ajit (ASRBMY)
Founder — Link with iQLink with iQ was founded by Ajit (ASRBMY) with the idea of bringing together research, software development, experimentation, and open technology to create solutions with practical value in the real world — built around the principles of privacy, openness, accessibility, experimentation, and practical problem solving. Link with iQ is a personal, independent organization — not a registered company — run and maintained directly by Ajit.
An ecosystem worth building
Our long-term vision is to build an ecosystem of useful technologies, research, tools, and resources that people can access, understand, and benefit from. We want Link with iQ to become a place where problems are researched, ideas are explored, experiments are encouraged, useful tools are built, and knowledge is shared — where open-source projects grow, privacy is respected, technology becomes easier to use, developers can build upon existing work, and new ideas can become practical solutions.
Find a problem. Understand it. Build it. Share it.
Find
Find a problem worth solving.
Research
Research it. Understand it.
Build
Build a solution. Learn from what fails.
Share & improve
Share what can be shared. Improve what works.
Want to build something together?
Whether it's a problem worth researching or just a question about how this all works, we read everything.
